I have personally led more than 50 team retreats, workshops, residencies, and immersions around the world. I have been location-independent since 2012 and I am experienced working with a broad demographic of international clients.
I have been consulting for professional facilitators, venue managers, and event organizers since 2021. My unique method of analysis & feedback has gotten me in front of audiences all the way from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Stockholm, Sweden.

My Approach
My name is Kaela Atleework. As a Relational Arts Expert, I have spent the last decade studying and teaching Nonviolent Communication, Imago Dialogue, Public Speaking, Circling, Conflict Resolution, and Authentic Relating.
A significant reason for my particular talents is my unique brain chemistry/personality type. I am a high functioning autistic woman who is also very, very extroverted. This means that my whole life I have had a strong degree of orientation towards social connection, accompanied with a highly strategic and analytical mind.
